Sales Agent (Contractor)

Your Role:

​

As a sales agent, you will play a key role as a professional brand representative to sell Inspiring Employers services. You will develop and manage a portfolio of clients and build relationships with both new and existing customers. You will fully understand the range of Inspiring Employers services and be an expert at communicating the benefits of our services to acquire new business. In this role, you'll:  

​

• Find leads and develop customer lists to approach prospective clients

• Search, source, and contact the right individuals among potential clients

• Build networks and foster professional relationships with client leads

• Develop branded sales decks and unique offers

• Schedule meetings with potential clients and deliver sales presentations

• Work with clients to get contracts signed

​

Your Experience:

​

• Knowledge of your local market and the range of organizations across industries headquartered there

• Writing and delivering sales pitches from first contact to further elaboration

• Ability to speak professionally with senior/director-level positions

• Expertise on using various media and online & offline platforms to research and contact potential leads

• Experience and understanding of Human Resources (HR) offerings is a plus

• Fluency in English is a must; local languages advantageous
